For individuals who will have full ownership of their new business or the business they purchase here, they may be eligible to receive provincial nomination. Additionally, they are expected to work within the province to familiarize themselves with their prospective investment.
For individuals who will own a minimum of 33.33% of the business or make an investment of $1,000,000 CAD, they may be eligible to receive provincial nomination. Additionally, they are expected to work within the province to familiarize themselves with their prospective investment.
Applicants seeking to invest in a business may receive provincial nomination, provided they commit to working in the province to gain firsthand knowledge of their intended investment.
